Hello 👋 I'm called Maria, I'm someone who's not had a great time in the past, with multiple repetitive long lasting traumatic events since I was a baby, I left school in Yr 8 after being expelled I went to a yr 11 PRU however once I turned 16 I left the PRU and discharged from f/care at the same time, most difficult 4 years of my entire life including the death of my brother which caused me to spiral into addiction, I became interested in counselling and applied after doing a behavioural change programme, I'm currently doing level 3 counselling diploma, I'm a mum 2 kids 12 and 4, I just handed in my first assignment, I spent the first few months on my course feeling too damaged personally, and not qualified enough, I found your podcast on Spotify and it has helped me SO SO SO MUCH!!!! I've literally listened to so much, watched so much, and read so much, and your podcast is the most congruent and relatable thing ever and it's helping me massively!!
